By accessing or using SpecWhale Survey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to create multiple accounts. Multiple accounts will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of points.

3. Earning Points

Points are earned by completing surveys and other tasks. We reserve the right to reverse points if a survey provider rejects your submission due to poor quality or fraud.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using VPNs, proxies, or any other method to hide your true location.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Providing false or misleading information in surveys.
• Attempting to bypass security measures.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or survey providers.
