Anti-Fraud Policy

Last Updated: May 03, 2026

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

SpecWhale Survey maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. Our platform is built on trust with our survey partners, and any attempt to manipulate the system harms the entire community.

2. Detected Violations

Our automated systems monitor for various indicators of fraud, including but not limited to:

  • Usage of VPNs, Proxies, or Tor browsers.
  • Mismatched profile information.
  • Inconsistent answers across multiple surveys.
  • Completion of surveys at an impossibly fast rate.
  • Usage of disposable or temporary email addresses.

3. Consequences of Fraud

If fraud is detected, SpecWhale Survey reserves the right to:

  • Immediately ban the user account.
  • Void all earned points and pending payouts.
  • Permanent blacklist from our survey providers.
  • Report the user to cross-platform fraud prevention databases.

4. Appeals

If you believe your account was flagged in error, you may contact our support team. However, decisions regarding fraud are often final and based on clear technical evidence.
