1. Point Conversion
Points are the virtual currency of SpecWhale Survey. 1,000 points are equal to $1.00 USD. This conversion rate is subject to change at our discretion, but changes will not affect points already earned.
2. Minimum Payout
The minimum payout amount is $5.00 USD (5,000 points). You must reach this threshold before you can request a withdrawal.
3. Payout Processing
We aim to process all payout requests within 24-48 business hours. Some rewards, specifically first-time payouts, may take up to 7 business days for security verification.
4. Reversal of Points
Points may be reversed if a survey provider determines that the submission was invalid, fraudulent, or did not meet their quality standards. We are not responsible for points lost due to provider rejections.
5. Unclaimed Points
Accounts that are inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may have their points balance reset to zero. Inactivity is defined as not logging into the website.
